Hello, this is Emma, who is in charge of the JWO sales department.

I am in the hair business for over 5 years. I love the hair so much, and I am crazy to bring a lot of different colors to my lovely clients.

Every month, our R & D team can design and create lots of ideas for colors for girls.

One day, I got a customer, and she is 74 years old. She wants to order a “gray hair”, but she can’t buy a perfect wig at the local hair salons or wigs shops, and there are very few choices in the market she can source. She found us on the internet, and she tried to contact us to see if there may be more options for her.

This email made me think a lot. We created a lot of stunning colors, and we always stand on the younger girls’ side, and thought about what they will like, but ignore the group of older ladies.

Every age is perfect, and every age is worth getting perfect wigs.

After that, I had a meeting with our R & D team immediately, and we discussed a lot and planned to design and create more colors for older ladies.

The design work is done till I write this article, and our workshop will start to make the ideas come true next.
